Is This Seat Taken?
At the Revolve Film and Music Festival the other day, I was talking with some people waiting to go in to see one of the movies.
When we got onto the topic of experiences with sparsely attended movies, Emily Smith was reminded of the time she slipped out of work one sunny afternoon and snuck off to the movies.
Her eyes had not yet adjusted from the brightness outdoors as she floundered about looking for a seat, and she managed to plunk down in the lap of what turned out to be the only other person in the theater.
